Earlier this evening, an incorrect rate control entry was put in that caused many incoming messages to our outbound SpamTitan Cluster to be deferred, and not be accepted.

That rate control has been removed, and mail looking to be flowing normally now.

We apologize for the inconvenience this as caused.
