We identified a misconfiguration with our recipient verification module on the cloudj-ui system which resulted in a number of mails being erroneously categorized as invalid recipient.

 

We quickly moved to remedy this and our incident response team quickly applied the necessary changes to resolve.

 

Mail is flowing as normal and we have implemented the necessary fixes to prevent this in the future.
