Firstly please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused by this. Our queue is back to normal operation. All incoming and outgoing mail is being processed in a timely fashion. During the high queue event no mail was lost however they would have been queued for delivery in SpamTitan. 

If you are using a private cloud system and need to flush the mail queue for any reason, you can do so by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to Reporting in your system dashboard.
  2. Select System Information from the menu.
  3. Click on Flush Mail Queue.

This action will reprocess any deferred emails and ensure that your mail flow remains uninterrupted.
