We are presently encountering an unforeseen user interface anomaly within our USA 9.02 system. While mail processing remains unaffected, a subset of users is encountering an inadvertent redirection to a login page when attempting to view quarantined emails through the user interface.

This matter has been elevated and is being addressed with the utmost priority, classified as a Priority 1 (P1) issue.

Our developers have identified the cause of this and are testing a fix in our test environment. We expect this to be pushed to production Monday (November 20th) morning.
