Released June 2025

What's new?

  • A new feature in this release of SpamTitan is the ability for admins to perform a "bulk upload" to the Allow & Block List by uploading a csv file. Being able to upload multiple entries at once helps admins manage their allow and block lists more efficiently and easily.

As before, admins can go to Filtering > Allow & Block List and select Add. The Add dropdown menu now displays an option to upload multiple entries. As shown in the following example, Upload domain(s) enables admins to upload a csv file containing multiple domains.

The pop-up window provides a sample csv file admins can use for the upload.

Once the file is added, the Allow & Block list automatically updates with the newly added entries, which can now also be filtered and ordered.

  • This release of SpamTitan also sees a new feature for end users with the addition of a new Settings menu. From here users can select Policy Settings where they can classify marketing emails as spam and manage their quarantine report settings.

When end users release a message from Quarantine that was classified as marketing, they will also have the option to update their policy to allow all marketing mails in future.
