Dear Customers,
We are aware of instances where our link-lock software is causing the new Outlook email client to crash intermittently.
Windows Versions that are confirmed to be impacted are:
1.2025.1209.500
1.2026.105.100
Using the new outlook client on Mac has also produced similar behaviour intermittently
Our engineering team continue to test against latest update from Microsoft to see if they have fixed the integration issue
In the meantime we recommend using the classic outlook client to circumvent this problem and in the case of outlook plugin compatibility we also recommend the classic outlook client to avoid any service disruption.
