Note: This -only- applies to you if you using the following to relay outbound mail:
69.175.80.5 (for cloud-out-a.spamtitan.com)
192.64.76.29 (for cloud-out-b.spamtitan.com)

In order to ensure uninterrupted service and the delivery of your outbound emails, you need to take action now.
The Cloud-Out-a/b server will be retired on 11th December, and we require you to update your SPF records and outbound connectors to point to the new Cloud-Out-c/d server by 04th December.
Failure to make these changes could lead to your outbound emails not reaching their intended recipients, causing unnecessary disruptions to your communication.

Here's What You Need to Do:
1. Update Your SPF Records:
To update your SPF records, simply add the following entry: include:_spf_cd.spamtitan.com
If your SPF record was:
"v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com include:_spf.spamtitan.com ~all"
By adding the new record you will have:
"v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com include:_spf.spamtitan.com include:_spf_cd.spamtitan.com ~all"
2. Outbound Connectors IPs:
To ensure seamless email filtering, please configure your mail server's smart host with the following IPs:
34.236.127.150
18.207.12.57
By making this adjustment, your emails will continue to be filtered effectively.
3. Reporting Login:
You can access your reporting login at the new Cloud-Out-c/d portal. Your login information from Cloud-Out-a/b has been seamlessly transferred. To log in and monitor your email filtering, please visit:
